i read it was not possible to have 2 elite skills at once but when i was checking out the builds at gwguru i saw that this build

has 2 elite skills in it , 100 blades and victory is mine!

can someone clarify this for me?

back in beta 100 blades was not elite, they made it elite like 1 beta before full release
